New challenges every day, in a great diversity of areas of knowledge, is what delights me every day.Graduated in Business Administration from ESPM-RJ, I've been working with digital products for the last 5 years and I've had experiences that have allowed me to get to know operations of different sizes and industries from the start of my career, deeply understanding customer pains and how to turn them into real value. On the other hand, I've always been very close to the engineering team, adapting to technical language and ensuring the viability of solutions. I like to say that one thing complements the other and helps me to provide solutions of great value.I have an analytical and adaptable profile and this allows me to use data to understand patterns, pains and opportunities when building hypotheses. At the same time, we know that product development environments are dynamic and subject to rapid change. As such, I understand that I am able to adapt to these changes and adjust plans and strategies as necessary to ensure the product's success.Last but not least: I believe in the power of a strong culture, linked to knowledge/education, autonomy, trust and sincere concern for people.
