My servant leadership style emphasizes team collaboration and fosters progressive solutions to challenges. I have had the privilege of implementing LEAN systems in government organizations, focusing on enhancing staff quality of work life and providing innovative management solutions to complex problems. Recently, I completed an Operations and Strategy certification with executive education at the University of Utah, which built upon LEAN concepts and furthered my journey in evolving and improving systems.
