Mr. Ball has 19 years of environmental consulting experience in diverse environmental settings involving a wide range of environmental issues at sites in a multitude of degrees of regulatory and due diligence phases for various industries for both foreign and domestic clients. Mr. Ball has worked on and completed projects in 45 states across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Mr. Balls technical expertise includes environmental due diligence, remedial investigations, feasibility studies, environmental assessments, remedial action and risk assessments, spill / emergency response, and illegal/clandestine methamphetamine and drug labs. Mr. Ball has worked on projects and with clients in the petroleum industry (ranging from refineries, pipelines, bulk storage facilities, transfer stations, and retail distribution locations), manufacturing facilities (ranging from automotive and aerospace to metal working, textiles, and food/pharmaceutical facilities), a variety of industrial facilities (including metal recycling, munitions, and waste disposal/treatment facilities), and with carrier groups with nationwide environmental liabilities.Mr. Ball is also certified by the State of Indiana as an Illegal Drug Lab Inspector and facilitated the development of the illegal drug lab program and is responsible for overseeing the inspections, sampling, demolition, and remediation of properties where illegal drug labs have operated.
