At Pple Group, I led sustainable growth initiatives, rolled out new businesses, and ensured consistent returns for stakeholders, overseeing workforce solutions for industries such as Hospitality, Healthcare, Industrial, and Commercial Cleaning. Pple Group's impact as an employer of over 6,000 staff in Southern Africa remains a legacy I am proud of. At the Swiss Hotel School, my passion for the development of hospitality youth and future leaders takes center stage. I am committed to fostering an environment where young talent can grow, thrive, and contribute meaningfully to the industry.
