Position Includes; internal audit, IT governance, and compliance initiatives to facilitate security assessments and compliance projects. Responsibilities include coordinating assessment tasks with clients, preparing assessment tools, and collaborating with the VP and Director to identify and validate assessment evidence. Participates in controls testing and physical security evaluations, assuming a key role in maintaining the quality of reporting. Contributes to Tego's security offerings by staying informed about industry trends and ensuring responsiveness to emerging threats. Supporting internal audits for Tego's certifications and attestations.

Position includes; Develop, Engineer and distribute cyber specific trainings and tools for CPT operators IAW Coast Guard and US Cyber Command policies. Advise and plan for operations across the hunt, assess, and incident response spectrums.

Position activities include communication between mission partners in the Maritime Transportation System to facilitate Cyber Security assessments to bolster security posture and foster partnerships. Lead and direct a team of operators and analysts to evaluate complex networks. Develop, write and brief mission partners on the vulnerabilities within the network, provide recommendations for remediation and direction on way forward.

Position Activities include project manangement of assessments of Coast Guard programs of record and other critical assets. Including data collection, analysis and report compiling of information. Leadership of three junior members and one contractor.

Position activities include project management of cyber security operational testing of all US Coast Guard major acquisitions. Developing test plans and procedures for CG programs while working within the confines of DOD and DHS requirements

Maintaining fiber optic networks to include building connectors and testing fiber optic runs for continuity and attenuation. The enforcement of local and enterprise security policies to maintain a secure posture within the US Coast Guard wide area network(WAN)

Position include learning IT Fundamentals, Premise Distribution, Fiber optic networks and connectors, Basics of computing, Telephony, Basics of Coast Guard networks, and System administration. Learning higher level tools to facilitate team building and cohesion.
