As a Cloud Engineer at Hybridge Inc., I helped provide comprehensive IT support in a variety of enterprise environments to Bay Area startups, biotech firms, and VCs. I played a key role on the onboarding team, provisioning 400+ users access to essential SaaS platforms (Google, Slack, 0365, etc.) while loading their hardware with all necessary software, data, device management, antivirus, VPN and printer settings, backup/recovery, etc. I simultaneously worked the helpdesk, monitoring the ZenDesk queue and escalating critical issues first while resolving other requests, offboardings, and updating meticulous client records. I traveled direct to our clients to provide on-site support, allowing for more thorough troubleshooting and to set up Zoom Rooms and workstations, mount TVs and server racks, implement hosted VoIP and internet, cable management, as well as offering walk-up support and handling client e-waste. I oversaw 3 mass onboarding projects, helped automate the hardware setup process with bash & PowerShell scripts, and often provided support to C-level executives. When I wasn't onboarding, troubleshooting helpdesk tickets, or working on-site, I supported the compliance team, formulating reports and unique client policies (ex. BC/DR). Having spent two years in business school and pursued a degree in economics, I have a keen understanding of business and market dynamics. I grew up a curious, driven tinkerer and entrepreneur obsessed with technology and business. My education and experience with e-commerce and marketing has bolstered my technical and interpersonal skills. I am always learning and tinkering, most recently with bash scripting and finishing up my CompTIA A+ certification.
