I am a 500-hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) with Yoga Alliance. I trained through Yoga Works with teachers including Mynx Inatsugu, Melanie Salvatore-August, Tiffany Russo, Jeanne Heileman, Dianne Bondy, Marc Holzman, and more. I am grateful to have had incredible teachers guide me on my yoga journey.I teach Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative and Gentle Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Beginner Yoga, Yoga for Seniors, Meditation, and Mindfulness, and Strength, Stretch, Balance.I currently teach online and in-person at:Oakwood Athletic Club in Lafayette, CaAtma Yoga in Orinda, CAGoddess Gatherings in Lafayette, CAI offer yoga and coaching retreats, private lessons and online courses as well.
