Mr. Norman Phillips is Section Manager – IT Architect & Transformation leader, for P&G’s Global Business Services (GBS) driving Innovation in the Flow to the Work Organization in the Research and Development upstream Innovation group. He is responsible for driving diversified engagement needs from an architectural and business transformation standpoint. He is known as a creative thinker and problem solver. He is a strong technical leader with a passion to explore new capabilities and possibilities for meeting business needs and improving productivity. He has mastery in multiple technologies that he is often consulted on. He enjoys space design, technology enabling and automation solutions for effective collaboration. He seeks to learn and understand business challenges and come up with creative solutions. He has a passion to drive architecture solutions to meet the current and future collaboration needs of the company. He enjoys working in teams and highly value personal relationships.
