At Mailcare, my role as General Manager saw me leading, mentoring and coaching a team of sales key account managers, BDM’s and CLO’s, along with the management of the sales team to drive measurable levels of sales activities.I facilitated agreements with strategic partners and managed major client relationships, and was accountable for a $2,000,000 territory. I also managed all marketing activities including direct marketing and SEO.
