Phil’s role is to provide the technical oversight & asset management of Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV) owned & leased properties in the suburbs of Melbourne. He is contracted to the role on an as-required basis by the FRV Property Services portfolio to cover the extended absence of the full-time staff incumbents. He manages maintenance contractors while leading an active OH&S culture in his FRV property portfolio. Phil provides a front-line response to facilities-related servicing and maintenance matters while also managing ongoing capital works projects and budgets for the same.

Disabled WinterSport Australia (DWA) is a National Sporting Organisation (NSO) and the pre-eminent organisation responsible for the development of disability snow sport in Australia. Thanks to their dedicated group of volunteer guides & teachers I am once again able to participate in my much loved sport of alpine skiing. After my 20 year absence from the slopes, the team had me into a mono sit-ski in a matter of weeks & they are now supporting my aim to be a fully independent sit skiier.I cannot speak more highly of this organisation & I thoroughly recommend their adaptive skiing programs.
