Responsible for the Operation, Safety, Development and Performance of the North West and Hull Industrial Services Depots (M62 Corridor);Emergency Response Business Unit; and P43 Business UnitResponsible for management of customer complaints and relationships.Responsible for best practice sharing across depots.Development of business justifications for CapEx investment for the development of Industrial Site Services capabilities including Large Tank Cleaning and Specialist Equipment such as Manway Cannon, Chemical Decontamination and Robotic Dozer EquipmentThis role provides technical solutions to clients working nationally across the UK as well as offshore in Angola.

3 fold responsibilities:1 Developing Veolia UK's International Industrial Cleaning Services2 Growing our internal cleaning services within the Veolia UK treatment business.3 Managing technically involved tenders and business opportunitiesI have taken an opportunity in Angola from the point of enquiry; worked collaboratively to develop bespoke and innovative solutions, through to commercial modelling; securing the work followed by successful operational execution to the highest standard delivering a revenue in excess of £1M in year one.This has now developed into a sustainable business allowing further growth in Angola to be explored.With a history of frustration on internal service to the Treatment Business I have transformed the perception and relationships while also growing the scope of delivery by £500k in the first year.

Responsible for developing Veolia's presence in the oil and gas sector. Handling all tender's; growing current contracts, adding support and added value to current clients.Developing new business in the sector working to maximise solutions for potential clients utilising Veolia's substantial national service offerings.
