The Nuclear Skills Strategy Group (NSSG) is expanding its operations to include a significant programme of work designed to address and resolve the most pressing skills issues affecting the nuclear industry. The purpose of this role is to support Project Sponsors and Programme Managers to drive and manage projects forming part of a programme of work to remove the skills gap and ensure that plans and controls are in place, progress is tracked, milestones achieved and project management processes adhered to.• Created Governance policies and documents to ensure smooth and compliant processes were in place to contribute to the success of the Programme. Responsibilities: In this job role, I implement and matrix manage ESF programmes across the Cheshire and Warrington Sub-district acting as accountable body and grant recipient. I provide leadership, direction and programme managing support to delivery partners across sub region and ensure successful delivery of programme.
