• Development of the Saudi Crown Prince’s personal VVIP Boeing 787 aircraft. This included overall management responsibility for timeline, continuous improvement of deliverables including final delivery of the aeroplane.
• Worked directly with senior representatives from Saudi Air Force, FAA and GDC Technics owners to achieve technical project goals including the certification and approval of VVIP aircraft.
• Managed project requirements from technical authors, engineers and VVIP manufacturing specialists using a triage-style system that yielded a strong cost/benefit ratio with minor/low risk factors through project stages.
