As a Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Test Designer, my role is to increase conversion and revenue through A/B and multivariate testing. Working alongside the CRO manager we analyse user data to identify areas within the user funnel which we believe could be improved. Once a hypothesis has been established, my role is to design a test and, once agreed, work with our developers to build it. Using Adobe Test and Target and liaising with the data analysts, we set the metrics we want to measure and establish an audience to aim the test at. Throughout this process I typically use the following tools: Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe Target, HTML, CSS & JS.

As eCommerce Web Designer, my role involved creating commercial pages across the Currys and PC World websites. Working on various promotional campaigns, I was required to take a lead role in designing and implementing multiple promo executions, including all the major seasonal sales periods. I was also required to build supplier funded pages and promotional content for leading brands, including Sony, Sonos, GoPro, Canon, Google and Microsoft.With an emphasis on putting the customer first, all content was coded responsively and tested on multiple devices and browsers.

During my time at Jobsgopublic I was responsible for the creation and maintenance of campaign websites. This included overseeing the end to end production of the microsite, from design brief to full delivery and subsequent user support, within an agreed timeframe. All sites were created using the Bootstrap framework, meaning they were fully device responsive. In addition to this the majority of sites that I created were powered by Wordpress, giving them full CMS capabilities. As part of this process I was required to advise on technical solutions that would aid the success of the campaign which would in turn make a positive impact on any potential repeat business.
