Developed, managed and owned NZDF's politically sensitive Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul category which accounts for ~20% of the NZDF operating budget. During this time I also covered a colleague's 12 month maternity leave and managed NZDF's Contract Management Team (CMT), effectively balancing dual responsibilities in maintaining category management.
