Working within the European Managed Services division, my role encompasses all elements related to the Transition of processes, assets, and personnel to our organisation operating as a Managed Service Provider. Typically within the telecommunications operator space, this involves working closely with the account teams through RfI and RfP/RfQ response, the preparation of bids, leading all Due Diligence activities, the management of the Transition process itself, and ultimately the transformation of the in-sourced organisation to achieve the savings and operational efficiencies required.Naturally a high degree of project management is required for transition, together with excellent customer relationship skills and an empathetic approach in order to win the hearts and minds of transferring personnel.

Working for Nokia, a leading supplier of mobility and network security products, I have built a world-class customer services organisation and business within the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific (APAC) regions. The organisation provides support to our Enterprise customers and partners and working through strategic partnerships and 3rd party suppliers, we are now able to also offer on-site assistance in most major centres of the world on each of our products. In short though, we pride ourselves on the principle of ‘First Call, Final Resolution’ taking ownership of issues from the moment that they are reported through to conclusion.
