Anna joined C5 Alliance Group in January 2014 and is a Senior Consultant in the Bespoke Development team. She specialises in customising Microsoft Dynamics CRM for clients and uses her skills in software development to implement additional functionality. She is an expert in Adxstudio from Microsoft and, in combination with CRM, is able to create bespoke process management tools for major clients through online forms. She is also proficient in SharePoint and Office 365 as well as other Microsoft software and social media. Her past-experience in training and marketing has made her commercially aware and honed her interpersonal skills so she is able to quickly gain an understanding of client requirements and provide solutions that meet and exceed their expectations.Prior to joining C5 Alliance, Anna worked at the international legal and financial services firm, Ogier, where she was responsible for online development of all the Ogier Group’s websites, the SharePoint based intranet and Ogier’s online presence on third party sites. Here she gained extensive experience in managing SharePoint's front end and training others to exploit SharePoint's potential. In previous roles Anna worked for Equity Trust as Digital Manager and Marketing Manager for the Americas region and HSBC Bank International as Research and Campaign Manager.Anna has over ten years IT, technical training and marketing experience across banking and professional services sectors.
