• The Retail Division, representing 8% of HCI’s annual revenue was a new business unit created to gain entry in the Retail Sales Trade. Reporting directly to the CEO/President, primary responsibilities were to improve.
• Grew Retail Division’s Same Store Sales-Annual Profit 67%, Profit/Unit 147%, and GP% from 18.6% to 30.6%.
• New Business-Sourced & closed 40 new accounts totaling $1.8M adding $750K revenue annually.
• Designed Strategic Plan elevating revenue 1.4%, profit 15%, and profit/unit sold 21.9% vs. PY and obtained Division’s all-time GP% of 34.3%.
