Initial build out of the US Commercial Sales organization alongside other field-based leadership, and internal cross-functional team. Direct responsibility for hire of the NW US Sales team responsible for covering 14 states in the Pacific NW and upper midwest US. Initial US Sales team onboarded in August 2021, and subsequently launch a first-in-class investigational antibody fragment, VYVGART (efgartigimod alfa-cab) to target the neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn). VYVGART was successfully approved on 12/17/21 for the treatment of generalized myasthenia gravis. Assisted in the hiring and expansion of our field team in early 2024, and led a cross-functional launch team in launching VYVGART HYTRULO for CIDP (chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy - approved June 2024).
