End of Line improves customer satisfaction by providing not only pass fail criteria for each product, but key metrics on performance that can be used to improve upstream processes.The role is a lead engineering authority on EOL testing across all PPT products. Providing a common approach while implementing best practices to improve product performance and yield.- Oversees all EOL test activities, defining and maintaining the quality ethos of PurePOWER and ensuring consistency across injector, turbo and valve products.- Develop testing procedures for new products working within the robust APQP process. Working either directly or mentoring others, deliver capital equipment and functional test specifications for each product.- Develop metrics to monitor performance of each product under test. Identify areas of concern in the manufacturing process to be addressed. Seek continuous improvement opportunities to reduce costs. - Maintain a high level technical resource of the function of each PurePOWER product. Utilizing input from design, manufacturing, and customer feedback; characterize traits seen on EOL and their effect on product performance, manufacturing and customer satisfaction.-Mentor other technical and non-technical employees in the inputs and outputs to EOL test. Provide training to ensure that PPT's standards are maintained. Communicate to senior management status on projects and issues.
