Asked to return for a third time to Logicalis (an international IT solutions and managed services provider), I worked on their behalf, with overall responsibility for the delivery of a programme of services and solutions to provide NATS with the technology infrastructure and services platform upon which other SESAR programmes and initiatives are supported. NATS is a leading participant in the Single European Sky Air Traffic Management Research programme (SESAR) and is investing over £600m to deploy a range of SESAR based technologies and concepts, to support the predicted increase in air travel demand across Europe over the next 20 years, while delivering air traffic management safely and efficiently.

Brought in by one of the managers I met at Barclaycard, I managed the delivery of a repurposed Quality management function within the Barclays PPI function. I led a team of Deloitte consultants to develop the strategy, define the business processes, build a bespoke technical solution, restructure departments, train users and implement.Following successful delivery into the PPI function, the solution was then rolled out to all QA functions across Advocacy. I managed the programme from initiation through to post-live support using a team of independent contract resources.The QA method and overall solution was subsequently adopted by Barclays Group as the QA platform of choice across the Bank.

I managed the global business transformation programme to automate the previously paper-based business with several million documents under management. The solution included automated mailroom (Kofax) and workflow management tools (IBM Content Manager) to remove the necessity for paper-handling throughout the organisation.
