I have over 40 years in the life, absence and disability industry having spent my first 25 years in underwriting and product management with a number of top disability insurers before moving into consulting in 2003. Today, my consulting work assists large employers with understanding their absence, disability and life issues and developing strategies to improve absenteeism and productivity while lowering the cost of health related absence to the organization.
