The mission at Neocase was to build a brand new interface with two main goals: productivity and ease of use. Neocase being a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and integrated into Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 the interface has been totally rebuilt on the same design to allow a seamless integration for users.During the same period, Neocase also launched other stand-alone or integrated applications such as Neocase Knowledge Base and Neocase Partner Center. These products were built from scratch and the tricky side of the interface aspect was to enable both stand-alone and integrated environment with consistent features and design.Extra missions were also to provide and generate business ideas based on competitor and technical everyday survey. Thanks to this, RSS feeds diffusion and integration has been developed, AJAX interfaces features were implemented, but also collaborative features and way-of-work have been invented.Technical environment: ASP / .Net / SQL / ORACLE

Started in an internship as a marketing manager, developed marketing and sales forces tools such as brochures, flash demos, and more largely brand identity materials.As skills in design, market comprehension and innovations propositions were greatly appreciated and encouraged, changed to be Eptica's UI Designer to help improve the interface in terms of productivity, ease of use and design. Helped the transition from a developer-centric interface to a user-centric one, including integration in XHTML and CSS.Technical environnement: Java / ORACLE
