• Partner with 2-3 recruiters to coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and panelists averaging 30+ interviews a month, ranging from Executive VP levels to Junior levels and International interviews• Orchestrated the construction of a library database for over 1,500 job descriptions ranging from Executive VP to Manager levels• Developed a user-guide documenting the new transition procedures from Legacy Taleo to Fluid Recruiting• Streamlined documentation tracking, collecting and filing of over 600 candidates’ onboarding paperwork and offer letters into BOX• Use Taleo to create and post job requisitions on our internal and external job posting site, as well LinkedIn• Construct on average 2-3 offer letters a week to extend to our candidates• Initiate & track New Hire Onboarding paperwork, background check, and laptop shipments• Compose and send new hires their New Hire Orientation email information and first day of work instructions• Assist hiring managers with internal transfers and creating backfill requisitions in Workday• Assist recruiters with immigration/relocation paperwork as well as international hire processes

• Primary contact for guest inquiries to book groups, and long-term stays via phone, email or in person.• Check revenue daily in order to work towards meeting our goals for every month for a successful quarter; and to review past reports to build on new goals and budget.• Utilize the Marriott Sales programs such as GuestVoice, Epic, eBonus, SFA Web/One Source, marRFP, One Yield, Empower, Fosse and Marsha in order to book reservations for guests, respond back to guest surveys, or plan for potential bookings for the property.• Address inquiries to book extended stays with TownePlace Suites and create room blockings for groups that may include for companies or events/leisure.• Review resumes of applicants, and interview candidates. • Give tours to potential guests interested in booking stays with the property.
