- Coordinate with the Workforce team, stakeholders and collaborate with the TA team to ensure accurate job requisitions and placements;- Enrich a strong talent pipeline and source individuals who will benefit in the long term through extensive research, consulting, recruitment, and get the team on board;- Report weekly and update timely candidate records;- Support the campus events to spread the employer branding and HR’s project to engage team;

- Coordinate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and requirements, collaborate with TAM and CEO’s Assistant for placements;- Enrich a strong talent pipeline and get the team on board with successfully achieved job placement for 16 techs, 2 AI & data science, and 2 design positions;- Report and update timely candidate records, take paperwork for onboarding of new employees and collect all HR’s invoices;- Plan the employer branding strategy and perform it on various channels to ensure they show mission-vision alignment;

- Partner with TABP and Hiring Manager to execute mass recruiting that ensure 15 – 20 new employees for CE Dept.;- Coordinate with People Operations team to deliver all HR department invoices;- Any other tasks delegated when the need arises;
