1. Recruitment Marketing (RM)- Writing clear job descriptions for all positions in the Call Center based on an understanding of their duties and competencies. (FO+BO)- Advertising job postings on different web and social media networks to make them more attractive.- Creating and optimizing career sites and groups with the cooperation of the EE&IC or Marketing team.- Working with the TA teams to create engaging recruiting content for inbound sourcing.- Creating email campaigns for potential candidates and participating in interviewing and evaluating candidates, improving the candidate experience on full-cycle recruitment.- Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, and expanding the network of candidates on social media accounts.- Measuring the overall success of recruiting campaigns by tracking the most important hiring metrics.2. TA Team Management (2 teams in HCM & Hanoi)- Setting KPIs for TA team members based on the Call Center's hiring needs.- Coaching team members in different techniques to approach candidates and build a talent pool.- Reviewing performance and motivating each team member to achieve their KPIs regularly.- Planning hiring needs and estimating recruitment costs monthly with various sources:+ Websites: Fees & Free (All source)+ Social Media, Internal source: Facebook, LinkedIn, Zalo OA, Inbound Recruiting+ Headhunt + Freelance3. Other Tasks- Building relationships with all sources to keep the talent pool abundant and diverse.- Reviewing contracts, and tracking payments of headhunters and websites.- Surveying the satisfaction level of the division/departments' employees and reducing the turnover rate with the Senior HR Supervisor.- Implementing transfers and promotions for the division/departments.- Answering employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.- Completing other tasks assigned by the line manager.

- Planning, implementing and checking effective acquisition initiatives to fulfill Contact Center Division vacancies based on the requirement or request. - Managing a team comprises recruitment, candidate sourcing, motivating and guiding the members on the different strategies and techniques, providing them with learning opportunities - Managing recruitment budget and arranging well candidate sourcing planning to collect enough candidates.- Attending to ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Unit Manager, Director, or Client.
