I'm excited to share that I've been accepted into Colorado State University's online Master's in Applied Industrial/Organizational Psychology (MAIOP) program, starting in Fall 2023. This program will teach me how to conduct research and analyze data to effect positive changes in organizations.In today's world, companies recognize the importance of effectively hiring and retaining employees, fostering positive work environments, and becoming desirable places to work.I plan to pursue this degree part-time while continuing to work full-time as a Regional Administrative Coordinator at CV Remote Solutions. In my role, I collaborate closely with other administrators, clinicians, patients, customers, and supervisors, overseeing accounts, projects, and facilitating the training of new admin hires. Additionally, I am involved in focus groups as well as social media and marketing.My primary career objective is to leverage my education and passion for enhancing the workplace to secure a leadership position in healthcare. The healthcare sector increasingly demands professionals who comprehend psychology and organizational dynamics, and I am eager to contribute to this field.
