  -Manage supplier performance. Perform supplier audits and site inspections. Develop process improvement plans and drive implementation. Monitor and maintain performance metrics.-Minimize product technical, quality and supply risk through preventive action and contingency planning.-Responsible for supplier assessment and selection.-Collaborate with Suppliers and Engineering teams in assessing, proposing, and developing process technologies based on project requirements.-Develop, manage, and improve the APQP (advanced product quality planning) process with suppliers from initial design stage through PPAP submission and start of mass production. -Drive Design-for-Manufacturability (DFM) activities with vendors and provide technical support in enhancing process capability and solving technical issues.-Lead direct quality engineering resources in the development and improvement of processes and equipment. Achieve low cost manufacturing, superior quality/service and improved capability/capacity.-Manage quality Inspection team, responsible for the quality control of raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products and moving/crating products.-Develops, modifies, applies and maintains quality evaluation and control systems and protocols for processing materials into partially finished or finished materials product.-Confirm that the inspection items and methods meet the needs of the factory to prevent defective products escape to next processes.-Responsible for leading the peers and inspectors in the factory, and provide technical guidance/support when necessary.
