I have experienced working in retail stores, managing a sales area, and selling products to store managers. I have completed training in the second phase as an Associate Category Development Analyst. Within this role I learned analytic tools to drive growth in the Hormel business at our key retailer partner, Kroger stores. I also completed the third phase of training, as a senior sales representative where I contributed to the Hormel sales team; responsible for multi-million dollar sales to The Kroger Co. each year, successfully learned the sales process during the onset of a global pandemic, effectively commanded virtual selling skills and online collaboration sources such as Salesforce and Microsoft Teams, and passed Delta Associates Mastery of Selling Skills by demonstrating the ability to build customer-centric relationships, understand pain points, deliver solutions, and overcome objections.As a former student at the University of Tennessee, I am proud to have worked with a diverse range of peers to cultivate strong relationships and educational opportunities on campus. As a brother of Alpha Kappa Psi professional business fraternity, I have experience in professionalism and working toward the goal of educating the public of the ideas and values upheld by the fraternity.
