Her proactive mindset to suggest new ways of working via innovative approaches in line with technology KPIs is commendable - her integrity, enthusiasm, and self-motivation to go the extra mile and try something new is evident. Using tools such as PowerBI and statistical analysis techniques to explore the data and identify patterns, trends, and more while enabling a variety of filter views, her data analysis and visualisation skills have earned praise from Schroders’ business architecture and design experts.
