Project lead managing teams through the development and delivery of process transformation projects across multiple business units. Adoption of a flexible approach built on the 5 lens methodology delivering value stream optimisation initiatives, sprint methodology and identification of automation opportunities.

Joanna worked as a principal consultant in the People and Operations Excellence Practice working across a number of industries. Joanna worked on a number of projects involving business process modelling, model management and liaising with the supplier to inform the technology solution. Joanna has expertise in sourcing, process transformation, planning and communications. An example of this was a project on outsourcing where she assisted with negotiations for costing purposes and benefits alignment. Joanna’s previous experience includes producing process maps to undertake analysis of operational processes and produce simulations to inform assumptions within the projects business case. Joanna has also worked on a project establishing commercial continuity plans for an outsourcing contract based on client interviews and workshops.

Joanna worked in an investment bank as part of the Operations Technology Group on Management of Information Systems via data warehousing. She worked on a number of projects, which included decommissioning an old data warehousing system, assisting with Sox compliance, automating reports for clients, as well as daily support for all Business Objects and Sybase IQ users. Joanna was also involved in liaising with clients to create reports using non real-time data from Sybase IQ. Joanna carried out research on Change Management and Outsourcing while working at Lehman Brothers to build up a variety of data for her final year dissertation.
