• Set up the Demand team and established the Demand Management Processes, to manage the communication and expectation of the stakeholders — including demand prioritisation matching to resource demand and supply constraints.• The team has grown from a 2-person to an 11-person team in two years and completed all the 2018 backlog change requests in a year. • Worked with Business Users to align the business requirements with Paynet (a.k.a RPP) Functional Specifications Documents, Operations Procedures, and Overlay Service Procedure to ensure the requirements are completely and accurately documented.• Walked through the business requirements with IT systems stakeholders during workshops and, answered any questions raised by IT personnel.• Reviewed and feedback on Functional Spec documents to our IT personnel if there is any gaps found.• Develop and execute test cases based on the signed off FSDs that cover the functionalities, user interface and user experience.• Executing Paynet Test Cases (as part of the certification process) by coordinating with Paynet and the assigned partner banks.• Follow-up with various sources systems ranging from Front End systems (Internet Banking and Mobile Banking) to Backend systems to ensure the defects raised are resolved within the agreed SLA.• Daily compilation and update the UAT status to the Test Manager.• Phase 1 was successfully completed in accordance with Paynet’s timeline, and SCB was one of the first banks, and the first foreign bank launched the DuitNow to the public.

As the Senior Project Manager in the BCBS 239 Program (compliance mandated by the Basel Committee Banking Supervision), I was assigned to take charge of the Horizontal Data Sourcing project. My key deliverable is to draw up a project charter and present it to the BCBS239 Sponsor to fund the project, and the budget was around USD4 million for phase 1. My main responsibilities were:• Worked with Project Director to ensure project scope definition meets data sourcing requirements• Led the scoping, planning, and cost estimation activities.• Responsible for the data sourcing requirements and risk assessment• Ensure all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities and understand the project schedule and key milestones.• Worked closely with the stakeholders from global and Malaysia offices to develop and track deliverables and schedules.• Drove adherence to project processes, procedures, methods, and standards for project delivery.• Directed the identification of risks which impact project delivery and ensured mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary.• Escalated project risks to respective Team Leaders, Project Sponsors when and as appropriate.
