How do we work?

We explore, model and embed new ways of working within the organisation. We are a self-managed team who uses the advice process to guide our work. We live and work by our principles: fun, inclusivity, purpose, fearlessness, action, sense, wholeness.

What do we do?

Our work is project-based and focussed on the key areas: training and development, communications and identity and self and environment.

My role is to support self-managing teams through our Mindfulness programme In Balance, conflict resolution and advice process.

This year Brighton and Hove Integrated Care Service underwent a process of looking at it's purpose and identity.
