I would monitor and report on these activities to meet all external reporting requirements.Drawing on my years of marketing experience, I oversaw the management, delivery and marketing of all Centre events with consideration to protocols in relation to EU dignitaries. Working in close partnership with the Marketing and Development Unit and UniSA International teams. I developed integrated marketing plans to ensure they supported the Centre’s strategic direction, and aligned with the broader University marketing and international objectives.Other core duties included;Working with Project Leaders to support projects specific to the Centre;Overseeing the finance administration within the Centre, including the preparation of financial forecasts and budgetsCoordinating study and placement arrangements for visiting domestic and international students and visitors;Research and analysis to support the development of proposals;Assisting senior academic staff and research leaders to develop and maintain strategic relationships with key external clients;Provided leadership, mentoring and management to the Centre’s professional staff, including the development and review of performance plans and facilitating professional development;Liaison with Human Resources to oversee the employment of sessional (casual) staff or engagement of contractors;Induction of new staff and students into the Centre, ensuring compliance with University induction and/or orientation requirements; andProvided executive support to relevant Centre Committees including the development of documentation and reports.
