• Responsible for training and development activities for the company.
• Handling HRDF training grants application and reimbursement, relevant matters pertaining to HRDF.
• Liaise with foreign worker agent pertaining foreign workers’ contract, permit and etc.
• Ensure proper administration of Company’s group insurance scheme (Group Hospitalization & Surgical and Group Personal Accident), policy renewal, claim documentation, submission and follow up.
• Logistics arrangement such as booking of flight tickets, hotel, transportation for visitors and Management Group.
• Management Assistant to Vice President and General Manager on travel itinerary, business visa applications, expenses claim, meeting arrangement and etc.

• Responsible for training and development activities for holding company and its subsidiary company.
• Handling HRDF training grants application and reimbursement, relevant matters pertaining to HRDF.
• Coordinate and source for suitable training, seminar, workshop and training provider in meeting training & development needs.
• Coordinate and administer the Leave System and Biometric Attendance System.
• Review and update HR Training SOP and Forms periodically.
• To organize Company events such as Bowling Tournament, Hari Raya Celebration, Blood DonationCampaign, etc.

• Continuous reviews, refines, implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for manufacturing site to achieve standardized and efficient production.
• Lead the people engagement activities through interview, briefing, question and answer session to the production operators. Reviews the feedback received and interacts with line personnel on implementing improvement.
• Conducting process audit for standard operating procedure, specification, lot movement and discipline compliance. Working with personnel from various departments inclusive of production, engineering and maintenance to.
• Facilitating 5S activities for both manufacturing site and office according to Hong Leong 5S 25 points checklist standard with the objective of achieving world class standard on 5S manufacturing plant.
• Liaison between line production stuff to management group on the KPI and executive plan from the management and feedback from line production stuff to the management.
• Cultivate team work about personnel from various department, line operators to senior management staff to promote better bonding among team.
