About Phoenix Hines

I am currently working as an HRBP within M.C. Dean's Automation Systems Team. In this role, my responsibilities encompass a diverse range of HR functions, including but not limited to overseeing recruiting/onboarding, maintaining comprehensive employee records, fostering employee engagement, communicating our benefits program to staff members, providing support for annual performance reviews, driving a change in our career framework process, cultivating a positive workplace culture, and overseeing various other HR-related matters.Prior to joining M.C. Dean, I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from Christopher Newport University. During my time at the university, I represented the Men's Varsity lacrosse team, assuming the position of team captain my final two years. I was honored to receive the distinction of being named an NCAA All-American for three consecutive years. Furthermore, I actively contributed to the student-led school newspaper and was an active member for the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention group at CNU.
