CurrentConduct useability testing on various platforms, including Windows, iPhone, and Android, using screen readers such as JAWS, NVDA, Narrator, VoiceOver, and Talkback. Leverage advanced technology and technical skills to carry out complex task flows. Participate in moderated research requests, demonstrating specific requests during interviews with field specialists or researchers. Identify new issues related to the accessibility and usability of a product. Use interpersonal communication skills extensively, such as building rapport, practicing active listening, and providing insightful responses to questions. Apply deductive reasoning and investigative skills to discover unique issues within customer product flows. Occasionally support companies in their digital accessibility research, sharing knowledge regardless of the company’s proficiency in digital accessibility.
