As a religious group coordinator at Vietnamese Eucharistic Youth Movement, I organize and facilitate weekly meetings and events for a diverse religious community. I also teach and mentor youths ranging from 10-18 years old in the ideas of Catholicism, and collaborate with other religious organizations to promote interfaith dialogue and understanding. I am passionate about creating a positive and supportive environment for my group members, and helping them grow in their faith and personal development.In addition to my religious work, I am a shift lead at T&M Dao Inc, where I manage store operations for both Little Caesars and Jungle Tea. I have worked my way up from a crew member to an assistant shift lead, and now a shift lead, demonstrating my hard work, efficiency, and leadership skills. I also train new hires, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of product quality, cleanliness, and safety for both stores. Furthermore, I am a wrestling coach at Mira Mesa High School, where I mentor students to achieve fitness and academic goals. I was a CIF finalist and ranked top 6 in the entire San Diego County in wrestling, and I use my experience and passion to motivate and inspire my players.I am currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science at San Diego Miramar College, where I am learning various programming languages and developing my problem-solving skills. I am interested in working in the front end to gain more experience, and I am currently studying JavaScript, HTML, and Java. I enjoy getting tasks done, facilitating events, and teaching and motivating others. I am always eager to learn new things and challenge myself, and I hope to apply my skills and knowledge to make a positive impact in the world.
