YOC is an association of the under 40 years old and dynamic official of Da Nang City Government. It was established in 2004 which aims to gather and develop a group of skillful and enthusiastic young officials for the City government.

Lecturer of Management skills and soft skills

Regard to this position, I have responsibility to assist the Chief of Office and leader of Department of Home Affair to implement the public administration reform, collect and analyze information and report for the Director of Department who is also a public appointed official by the Chairman of City’s People Committee (weekly, monthly, quarter and year), support leader of Department control the performance, policy-making of all division and staffs in organization. I also help the leader of Department in manage the information technology application and its website as well as the administrative assistant for the Director of Department. Hence, this position requires me the skill related to the information technology application, analyze the information and report to support the policy-making and management of the Department.
