- Build a standardized SOP for business teams to escalate requests for new features serving BAU work and saving human resources.- Coordinate with Product team to manage over 60 features which are estimated to save more than 0.6 daily working hours for KAM role.- Build a systematic approach to monitor KAMs' incubation quality by combining chat app API and a newly established QA team.
