Phung is an experienced brand builder with beautiful success stories in building leading brands. She successfully built Samsung to become a TOM brand in the early period of 2004 – 2009. Then she again made Vinh Tuong the top brand in the building material industry from 2011 – 2014.After Vinh Tuong, she moved to Canada and worked as a marketing automation specialist who managed an IT corporation's global data pool of 80 million. She successfully built automatic workflows, campaigns, and retention activities for them in apps and websites with platforms such as Braze, Hubspot, Intercom.Her career achievements were based on her knowledge and skills in marketing and management. She has proven her ability to drive brand awareness for young brands, increase significant market share (+30% annually on average), build high-performance teams, foster collaboration across departments in international and local environments, and exceed her companies’ business objectives.Furthermore, she is strong at research and analysis. She holds a Business Analyst Post-Graduate Diploma and a global certificate for professional business analysis (PMI-PBA®).To keep up with the changing of new technologies, Phung keeps acquiring new skills in AI and AI tools to boost productivity and performance. She earns a Google AI Essential Certificate.Currently, Phung is working as a consulting head in Metta Marketing Shared Services. She leads some branding projects for local middle-size brands in Vietnam. She is sometimes invited to be a guest speaker for some forums, seminars, and classes on marketing topics.
