KEY OPERATOR OF TOTO INFORMATION CENTER - Leading PR activities to foster architecture communities: big-scale architect talks (>750 pax), national contests, and exhibitions, and TOTO showroom tours for partners.- Main in charge of content when building TOTO Information Center website from scratch.- Building up relationships with architect firms and universities. Expand cooperation chances, achieving win-win relationships.- Responsible for content creation, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines across paid, earned and owned media channels.- Follow Purchase Order, Negotiate with internal departments and suppliers, ensuring timely execution of projects.- Propose sufficient budgets for PR activities and communication toolkits such as leaflets and gift sets.ADVISOR AT TOTO SHOWROOM- Providing information about brand products and technologies for customers.- Quoting, tracking, and supporting customer orders.- Assist marketing activities: conduct surveys, and brainstorm ideas on activities that boost high-end product sales.

- Event management: brainstorm ideas, find and book venues and suppliers, manage registration data, and coordinate events.- Set up Email marketing campaign: Mailchimp and Mail merge.- Create content for fanpage and website.- Maintain and upgrade websites (Wordpress).
