Targets & Countermeasures Prime (TCP) - Missile Defense Systems (MDS) Arlington, VA 6/2004-6/2006 Business Planning / Financial Planning & Analysis Lead  Responsible for the development of TCP LRP 5-year forecast for OSEC and staffing; prepare the QFR and Mid-Year Assessment (MYA) for TCP. Prepare and present Orders/Sales/EBIT/Cash (OSEC) forecast in the Monthly Business Review (MBR); analyze risks and opportunities to program financial commitments  Prepare the Monthly operating Reports (MORs) with OSEC variants analysis for executive management review. Cash Management - Prepare weekly short-term cash forecast  Prepare Order booking requests; ensure the integrity of Sales & Profit bookings  Develop and manage Controllable Overhead budget for TCP Consolidate various financial reports; work special projects and provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting, as requested.

Program Cost Control – Program Finance Lead Newtown, PA 9/2003-6/2004  Key participant in the Make-Buy Analysis project for JSAT-10 satellite proposal (win)  Assist Program Manager in managing and controlling costs for AMC 15/16 satellite program.  Prepare and review the weekly staffing report; work with functional finance to ensure adequate funding available and within approved budget / Estimate At Complete (EAC).  Identify issues that have financial impact on the program and work with responsible functions to minimize the cost impact. Maintain accurate records of expenditures / collections; prepare cash flow forecast for the program. Prepare Schedule Performance Index (SPI) / Cost Performance Index (CPI) assessment, earned value; load actual and reconcile Budget At Complete (BAC) / EAC in MPM. Prepare the Line of Business Review (LOB) and the QFR packages. Support Program Manager in the monthly Shop Order Review to assess the financial performance of the program; identify any potential risks & opportunities.

Financial Planning & Analysis – Financial Analyst Sr Sunnyvale, CA / Newtown, PA 7/2000-9/2003  Support Commercial Space Systems Controller Lead the weekly/monthly/quarterly cash flow review process. Review & analyze the cash flow data to determine the risks and opportunities for quarter end and year-end. Prepare short-term cash forecast on a weekly basis.  Prepare Order/Sales/EBIT booking requests and coordinate with Sunnyvale and Denver campuses to ensure accurate & timely booking.  Prepare the MORs with Order/Sales/EBIT/Cash variants analysis. Consolidate various financial reports; prepare and review Working Capital/Balance Sheet for Commercial Space and make recommendation to the Controller on risks and opportunities. Participate in the development of the LRP; assist in the MYA, support the QFR.  Work special project and provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting, as requested.  Prepare all Tax forms for Commercial Space; assist Corporate Tax Dept with all Tax related issues
