- Acts as a single point contact of all HR aspects for theemployees and managers daily.- Support and consult BU/Department management to makesure compliance with rules and regulations and also resolve thepeople issues.- Involves in the operational implementation/delivery of the HRprocesses and rollouts. Participates in the improvement andexecution of the Employee Life Cycle at KMS.- Joins developing and implementing solutions to improve workrelationships, build morale, and increase productivity andretention at the Business Unit.- Supports delivering key HR processes and programs inrecruitment, learning & development, OD, Corporate Culture…byworking with managers in the development of action plans,requesting regular updates, and checking where HR input may berequired.- Involves in the implementation of global mobility process/international assignment works (passport/visa, logistics advice,relocation).- Actively provides initiatives and improvements for current andnew HR/company policies, processes, and programs.

1.Training & Development- Set up and arrange Training Schedule monthly based on Training Roadmap- Evaluate training quality and coordinate with Training team to make sure high quality and effective of Training programs- Manage and plan development projects, in-house activities for both new-hires and high performance staff to improve working performance, engagement and reduce attrition.- Research & giving Training Report to Managers- Analyze data, report and giving recommendation to Department Head about Sales performance based on Promotion & Validation policy.2. Recruitment & Staffing- Implement full processes of new-hire and exit kit for sales staff- Manage Recruiment Report, Sales structure and Attrition rate monthly to control saleforce quantity and match with Business plan- In charge of recruiting Financial Consultant, Telemarketing or Interns (if required)
