After nearly 11 years of joining the IT human resources market, RECO has become a solid bridge between businesses and candidates; thereby, delivering high-quality services and optimal values to clients.Job description:- Receiving recruitment needs, assessing the priority of vacancies- Plan for recruiting campaign using assigned recruitment channels- Networking and sourcing candidates via recruitment channels- Participating in fair job events, strengthening relationships with universities and training organizations to build resources and communicate brand and company image- Carrying out activities to support candidates in the entire recruitment process- Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvement to optimize recruitment activities.
