CurrentAs a member of NTQ Solution JSC, RECO inherits and promotes optimization methodologies from the parent company to establish itself as a proprietary staffing and consulting agency in the IT field. After nearly 9 years joining the IT human resources market, RECO decided to become a solid bridge between businesses and candidates; thereby, delivering high-quality services and optimal values to clients. Responsibilities:- Work under a recruitment team to perform a full cycle of recruitment process including sourcing, contacting candidates and conducting interviews, dealing offers, etc.- Update candidate profile to company format- Develop close business relationships and establish on-going recruitment needs of global/domestic clients- Update new requests from clients on company website and social networks to attract candidates and do employer branding- Maintain updated and accurate database of company- Other related tasks assigned by Line Manager
