Brought in US$ 9.5 million p.a. revenue for Commercial Banking in an operational review (new revenue source US$4.7 million p.a. plus process re-design US$ 4.8 million p.a.). Implemented an online platform in a stretched 4-month timeframe without system enhancement, purely through process re-design.

Managed E2E process streamlining and transformation initiatives throughout the bank. Worked with businesses and delivery partners to develop objective, measurable, ROI-driven recommendations. Acted as a process advisor to bring an independent perspective and constructive challenge to business stakeholders. Identified and implemented pragmatic solutions to leverage emerging technologies.

Regional role; designed and implemented the BWOW Program (Better Ways of Working) to achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness across Asia and Europe. Successfully worked on moving to a “Principal Model” outsourcing (US$35 million) for facilities management across 17 countries across the Asian region with a footprint of more than 12 million square feet. Led E2E change journey across Asia; instituted and achieved more than 80% process automation.
