I am a Software Support Specialist providing technical support for users across three states, manage desktops, laptops, printers, banking devices, and software, and administer Office 365 and Active Directory. I have over 10 years of IT experience in various sectors, including banking, government, and education, where I have handled system enhancements, endpoint devices, incident response, and asset management.I am also a recent graduate of the Cybersecurity Analyst Bootcamp from Level Effect. I have acquired skills in Wireshark, Elastic, binary analysis, system hardening, and cyber tools, and I am interested in pursuing a blue team related role in the cybersecurity field.
