MiC Talent Solutions (MiC Talent) is in a niche market working solely within the cybersecurity industry and provides recruiting, direct hire, apprenticeships, augmented staff, and professional service contracting solutions. MiC Talent is nontraditional in its recruitment and placement activities in as much as we work hard to place the talent we train in conjunction with our parent company, Minorities in Cybersecurity (MiC). MiC Talent and MiC work together to develop the cybersecurity pipeline. Our market differentiator? We don't gather resumes, we build cybersecurity talent from the ground up. Specifically, we take a unique and multi-pronged approach to filling the cybersecurity talent pipeline by combining technical training and leadership development opportunities. Our talented professionals are holistic cybersecurity professionals starting at the entry level all the way to the executive level.
