My life is spent helping people and organisations turn their dreams into reality. On numerous occasions this has meant creating organisations and businesses when opportunities were identified. I love business and the opportunity it creates to give people choices. I started my first company when I was 19 years old with my younger brother from a bedroom on a farm in West Wales - I loved it and never looked back! Meeting people, solving problems, spotting opportunities, and inspiring others is the best job in the world. To create wealth and opportunity for my family and the people who've joined our enterprises to make us go faster, do better, be different and grow bigger has brought me great enjoyment and satisfaction. My current primary role is driving Pax8’s channel growth in EMEA and expansion into International Channel Markets. Being part of the companies mission to help Technology Providers buy, deploy, manage, bill and analyse cloud devices across the world, and help them grow their businesses inspires me.I’ve been married 29 years to the amazing Ruth Morgan, who following has her own successful 20 year career in financial services is now working with Compassion, a charity that transforms the lives of children in the poorest countries of the World by providing nutrition, education and inoculation.We have three children and two dogs and love developing commercial and residential properties.
